Online Low-E Glass

Product Description

Low-E glass (Low-emissivity coated glass) is a high-performance energy-saving product that involves depositing multiple layers of metal or compound films onto the glass surface before cooling, after which the coating becomes an integral part of the glass.‌ Its coating maintains high visible light transmittance while selectively reflecting mid- and far-infrared radiation, significantly reducing heat transfer compared to ordinary glass. In winter, it minimizes indoor heat loss; in summer, it blocks external thermal radiation. Additionally, Low-E conductive glass products with “thermal and heating” properties with advanced technology. Its features include anti-reflective treatment ,enhanced transparency, light transmittance and conductivity, etc. Because of the online coating production, Low-E conductive glass provides good electrical conductivity, and thermal control and heating performance.

Application

•‌Its ‌conductive properties‌ enable wide applications in ‌oven panels, microwave doors, refrigerator panels, fryer/oven panels, range hood windows, freezer doors, wine cooler panels, and beverage display cabinets‌. Additionally, its ‌high visible light transmittance‌, ‌selective reflection of mid-to-far infrared radiation‌, and ‌significantly reduced thermal radiation transfer‌ compared to standard glass make it extensively used in ‌curtain walls, skylights, energy-efficient windows, hospitals, schools, and other architectural applications

Product details
Benefits

•‌Conductivity: The silver or metal oxide (e.g., ITO) coating imparts conductivity to the glass, enabling electronic functions such as smart dimming and defogging.

•‌Energy Efficiency: In winter, it reflects far-infrared thermal radiation (e.g., from heaters or appliances) to reduce heat loss; in summer, it blocks outdoor solar heat radiation, Lowering air conditioning loads.‌

•‌Thermal Radiation Control:Reduces emissivity (ε) from 0.84 (ordinary glass) to beLow 0.15, minimizing heat transfer. Cuts indoor heat loss in winter and blocks external thermal radiation in summer.

•‌The coating is tightly bonded to the glass substrate, exhibits strong weather resistance, and has a lifespan matching the building's lifecycle.

High Visible Light Transmittance: With a transmittance of 75%-95%, it maintains Low reflectivity, minimizing light pollution.‌

Durable Surface: The metal coating is fused with the glass at high temperatures through the online coating production process, blocking  UV rays to protect furniture and appliance panels from oxidation and fading.

•‌Easy processed: durable pyrolytic coating can be easily processed (cut, insulated, laminated, heat-strengthened and tempered),and can be heated and bent.
