History

1987

    Established Ninghai Shishan Development Business Department, focusing on architectural glass processing.

2005

    Founded Shuangning Building Materials & Glass Co., Ltd. in Ningbo, transforming into a bulk commodity trading enterprise with an annual revenue of 150 million RMB.

2008

    Established Zhejiang Shuangjie Glass Co., Ltd., evolving into an integrated service provider of bulk commodity trading and supply chain.


2012

    Expanded business segments by adding industrial glass. Established an in-house fleet to provide customers with efficient logistics and express distribution services.

    Put Plant in Sanxing Industrial Park (15,000 ㎡) into operation. Annual revenue reached 350 million RMB.


2022

    Commissioned the second plant (33,000 ㎡) situated in Cixi Binhai Industrial Zone. Expanded business scope to include the automotive glass segment.


2024

    Achieved an annual shipment volume of 250,000 tons and an annual revenue of 1 billion RMB.


2025

    Launched its subsidiary, Ningbo Azuresky Trading Co., Ltd., marking a new stage in the company’s foreign trade business.
