The manufacturing begins with molten glass fLowing from a tweel into a molten tin bath, where it is precisely leveled by the combined forces of gravity and surface tension. This controlled floating phase ensures exceptional flatness and parallelism on both surfaces. The glass then undergoes annealing to achieve structural integrity, resulting in a product with uniform thickness and minimal optical distortion.
