Online Low-E Glass

Product Description

Low-E glass (Low-emissivity coated glass) is a high-performance energy-saving product that involves depositing multiple layers of metal or compound films onto the glass surface before cooling, after which the coating becomes an integral part of the glass.‌Its coating maintains high visible light transmittance while selectively reflecting mid- and far-infrared radiation, significantly reducing heat transfer compared to ordinary glass. In winter, it minimizes indoor heat loss; in summer, it blocks external thermal radiation. Additionally, it can be combined with processes like tempering and lamination to meet the lighting and safety requirements of various architectural scenarios.

Product Features

•Thermal Radiation Control:Reduces emissivity (ε) from 0.84 (ordinary glass) to beLow 0.15, minimizing heat transfer. Cuts indoor heat loss in winter and blocks external thermal radiation in summer.

‌•Visible Light Transmittance‌: High-transparency type is suitable for scenarios with high lighting requirements.

•UV blocking rate: >90% (protects furniture and skin).

•Color & Reflectivity‌:Available in blue, green, gray, neutral, and gold tones.

Adjustable reflectivity (10%–30%) to minimize light pollution.

The coating is tightly bonded to the glass substrate, exhibits strong weather resistance, and has a lifespan matching the building's lifecycle.

•Safety & Durability‌:It is easy to heat-bend, temper or semi-temper, and as easy to handle and process as ordinary glass, with long-lasting durability. Compatible with tempering and lamination processes. Wind resistance 1.5× stronger than standard glass.
