Low-E laminated glass is a composite glazing product that integrates the thermal insulation properties of Low-E coated glass with the safety and acoustic insulation characteristics of laminated glass. Its core structure typically comprises:   Manufactured using an ‌inline coating technology‌, where the Low-emissivity film is deposited onto the glass surface through ‌high-temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD)‌. After annealing, the film integrates seamlessly with the glass, offering ‌excellent chemical and mechanical stability‌. The product achieves an ‌optimal balance‌ between ‌transmittance and electrical conductivity‌‌ Interlayer‌: Made of ‌PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film‌, enhancing ‌impact resistance‌ and ‌sound insulation‌.
