Colored Tinted Tempered Glass

Product Description

Colored Tempered Glass‌ is a tinted safety glass achieved through body tinting or surface treatment (enamel/coating) processes. Its strength is significantly enhanced via heat treatment, and upon breakage, it fragments into dull-angled granules, complying with mandatory standards for architectural safety glass

Product Features

•‌Safety‌: Shatters into granular fragments with honeycomb patterns and blunt edges, significantly reducing laceration risks. Impact resistance reaches ‌3–5 times that of ordinary glass‌.

•‌Thermal Stability‌: Withstands temperature differentials (ΔT) of ‌200–300°C‌, enduring rapid thermal shock environments.

•‌Strength Performance‌: Bending strength is ‌3–5 times that of standard glass‌, while deflection tolerance (deformation capacity) is ‌3–4 times higher‌.

•‌Optical Properties‌: Colors are achieved via body tinting or coating processes. Specific formulations (e.g., Low-iron glass) minimize greenish tint.
